All new TKM clients first undergo an assessment of posture, flexibility and strength.

An individualized functional program is then developed to suit your specific needs and goals including:

1. Postural Re-education

2. Pilates Sessions - Equipment based

    Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and Mat

  • General Fitness
  • Sport Specific
  • Professsional Athletes
  • Clinical (rehabilitative)

3. Self Myofascial Release Techniques (SMR)

4. Homework Programs - Mat and Small Apparatus based

5. Stability Ball Programs for Home / Gym / Travel

6. Traditional Stretch & Weight Training Programs

 

SESSION STRUCTURE PLANS AVAILABLE

        1) Private One-on-One Sessions:

            With programs developed to address your specific needs

 

        2) Semi - Privates (2 persons)  - Suitable for:

            Beginner clients -  Wanting to exercise with a partner

            Intermediate Clients  - - Working towards  working toweardsworkingwokwwwwwww-  more independance

        3) Open Studio / Circuit - (Up to 3 persons) suitable for:

             Intermediate and Advanced level clients

             With a firm grasp of Pilates principles equipment

             and repertoire, capable of working with less supervision

 

        4) Group Intermediate Mat Classes - Ongoing Mondays 5:15-6:25pm

            Maximum 10 person, pre-registration is required

Monday 11 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Tues. & Thurs.: 7:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m             

Wednesday: 10:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m.
